To avoid for any scam that may happen along the way from the train-stationto our hotel, we would like to offer for you some options for pick up service from Train-station to Hotel - same price with the taxi fare. If you are happy with our offer, please email us directly to info@azaleahotel.vn for confirmation. We do need your Train to Sapa name + TIME ARRIVING.
Notes:
+ All vehicles are new, air-conditioning, in good condition
+ The hotel personnel holding a placard with the guest’ name on will await at the airport terminal upon the guest’s arrival
+ Prices are inclusive of all tolls, but not the 10% tax and 5% service charge
+ Any missed pick-up caused by providing wrong arrival details will involve with 50% of the agreed price
+ A surcharge of USD5 will be applicable during TET holiday.
